The surgery will close at 12.30pm on Wednesday 20th May for a Coventry & Warwickshire Integrated Care Board (C&W ICB) GP study afternoon.

After that time, if you have a problem that you deem will not wait until we re-open at 8.00am the next working day, but that doesn't require attendance at A&E:

• between 12.30pm & 6.30pm: call 0300 130 3040
• after 6.30pm: call 111

In all cases of an emergency, regardless of time, call 999.

When we are closed, and as during our normal opening times:

• appointments for GPs and certain appointments for other Healthcare professionals can be booked / checked / changed / cancelled using our phone system's automated appointment management service (call 02476 315432, listen to the message and follow the instructions) or via GP Online Services - if no appointments are available, this is not a fault, it simply means there are no available appointments to pre-book, within a set timeframe (more details of this timeframe are available on request)
• medication on repeat prescription can also be requested using our phone system's automated ordering service (call 02476 315432, listen to the message and follow the instructions) and GP Online Services.
