Patient Access

If you are already signed up to the Patient Access website you can book or cancel appointments, or order your repeat prescription.

This servies is always available, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

With GP Online Services you can write why you require an appointment or why you require medication at a specific time (especially if you are ordering it earlier than usual).

Registering for GP online services

To register for GP Online Services, to allow you to book and cancel your appointments and order prescriptions online, please complete the Patient registration form.

If you decide to complete this form on your computer, you will need to print the form out as we require a handwritten signature.

You will then need to hand your form into Reception and provide proof of identification in the form of a photographic ID and a proof of address.

The ‘New Patient Registration’ page, under the ‘New Patients’ tab above, provides a list of the typical forms of identification we are able to accept.

Once we have processed your registration form, you will be e-mailed a Registration letter from ‘Patient Services’, the name of our GP Online Services facility. Please follow the instructions in this letter to complete your registration.
