PATIENT SURVEY 2018
We are currently undertaking our annual patient survey in conjunction with our Patient Participation Group. This identifies any issues that are important to patients. Following the outcome of last year's survey, the Practice have addressed issues around privacy in the reception area, checking in and using online services. This year, we want to explore if there is anything else that can be done. Please follow the Take Our Patient Survey link on our homepage, to give us your views!
