BOOKING APPOINTMENTS ONLINE

Already signed up to GP Online Services? Click here to login to your account and book or cancel your appointment.

Patient Services, our GP Online Services provision, makes it simple for patients to book* and cancel (and re-arrange) their appointment without having to come to surgery or make a telephone call. The online appointments facility can be accessed through this link. The process of making and cancelling appointments is extremely easy. Our GP Online Services provider, INPS Vision, have some useful 'How To' guides on their website in relation to Appointments and also some other guides surrounding other topics in relation to GP Online Services. The following links will point you in the right direction:

We recommend that all patients who are signed up to GP Online Services, who wish to cancel their appointment, carry out this online. This helps to reduce the number of patients who ‘Did-Not-Attend’ their appointment because they were unable to inform the practice as they were unable to get to surgery, or get through via telephone. By cancelling appointments, rather than just not attending, this releases practice time which can be used for other patients.

There are more details available about GP Online Services, including instructions on how to register, on the ‘GP Online Services’ page, underneath the ‘Clinics & Services’ tab at the top of this page.

You can also order your Repeat Prescriptions online. Please visit the ‘Order Online’ page, underneath the ‘Prescriptions’ tab at the top of this page for further information.

*Please be aware that, due to their nature, the Medical Emergency appointments, Home Visits and Extended Hours appointments we offer are NOT available to be booked online. If you require a Medical Emergency appointment, Home Visit or Extended Hours appointment please call the surgery on 02476 315432.
