Most clinics run to an appointment system.
- Diabetics- Thursday Mornings
- Asthma- Thursday afternoons
- Coils- Wednsday Mornings
- Minor Surgery- Tuesday Mornings
- Smear Clinics- Wednesday Mornings
- Nurses also perform smears most weekdays, an appointment is necessary.
If you have any of the following diseases you will need to be seen annually for review: -
Asthma, Diabetes, Hypothyroidism, Hypertension, Epilepsy, Mental Health Problems, COPD, Heart Disease, Chronic kidney Disease. Please make an appointment as soon as possible if you have not had a review.
If you are looking after a partner, relative or friend who is ill,has a disability or end of life care, please let us know, we have various booklets available and we can put you in touch with the Carers’ Support Service if you require further help and support.
This Surgery has facilities to perform minor surgery at the discretion of the relevant Doctor. All patients must see the Doctor in routine surgery to discuss, before a minor operation appointment can be arranged.
Child Health Clinics
Are run on Monday and Tuesday afternoons, between 2.00pm –4.00pm. Appointments are needed for the specific development checks, but you may attend without an appointment for vaccinations, height and weight checks and general advice.
Please DO NOT bring ill children to the clinic. This encourages the spread of infection and is unfair to the other children attending. Please make an appointment in normal surgery for the treatment of illnesses.
We advise all children to have a full course of vaccinations against infectious disease; (Unless there are specific reasons to avoid certain injections).
Contraceptive services are provided during normal surgeries, except for coil fitting and checks, which are provided in Dr Singh's Tuesday Clinic. We also offer contraceptive implant fitting and removal by Dr R Syed. Please make an appointment in the usual way for advice, discussion, prescriptions, etc.
